I came across this cool article in Bon Appetit on ways to help the environment by changing one’s cooking and eating habits. There were some great tips on not only saving energy in the kitchen but on green cleaning and what foods to eat more and less of to be more eco-friendly as well. Although this blog is about energy, articles like the one in Bon Appetit help emphasize the fact that green is a lifestyle, and doesn’t affect just one part of our daily routines.

I don’t mean to overwhelm anyone, so if your New Year’s resolution was to be more eco-friendly, try to change just one or two habits each week, and you’ll be on your way to living a cleaner, more sustainable life! To read the full article and all the tips, click here.
